CREC Virtual: How to be a coworker remotely

Each person, each company, each professional its own needs. Therefore, at CREC Coworking we have always opted for flexibility in rates, which allows us to adapt to each project easily.

5 years ago we realized that there were companies and professionals who did not need a physical space to work, but they still wanted to be part of the coworking and enjoy its benefits. In some cases, people or companies that left the coworking coworking space for any reason asked us to find a way to stay in touch.

“CREC Virtual is suitable for companies that are starting and may not need a space to work every day, but a place to meet and empower their corporate image”

Thus, community builders team created the CREC Virtual rate, which for 150€ quarterly makes you part of CREC’s community, lets you connect with people coworkers and external partners, attend events and use meeting rooms for 10€/hour. CREC Virtual allows you to register your company and work at the space once a month.

According to Carles López, manager and community builder at CREC Coworking, CREC Virtual “is suitable for companies that are starting and may not need a space to work every day, but a place to meet and empower their corporate image”. In addition, he says, “it is useful for professionals who travel a lot or foreign companies that need a place to receive documents and work eventually”

“I didn’t want to break the link with CREC because I felt like in a family”

Gemma Beltran, Founder of Quality of Family Life, a time management and emotional intelligence business, is a clear example of taking advantage of our rates. She has gone from having an office at CREC Eixample to working at the open space to end up being CREC Virtual. Not only is the company domiciled in coworking, but she has collaborated with coworkers who have helped her boost her project.

For instance, some months ago she connected with Atomic 4, a digital marketing and web development agency at CREC Poble Sec, to remake her website and improve SEO. “You have always adapted to my needs and have looked after Quality of Family Life,” he says. When she started working from home, she decided “not to break the bond with CREC because I felt like a family.”

Another coworker who has enjoyed of many different options in CREC and now works as a Virtual is Maeva Cifuentes, Founder of Flying Cat Marketing agency. She chose it for a particular reason: “I was travelling a lot and I needed a space to receive my package and a fiscal address for my business. The thing that I love the most is to go to every CREC when I’m in Barcelona, enjoy a lot of their events, meet with my peer coworkers and… Enjoy of all the services that CREC brings to me!”

Also for companies

Another example that illustrates the advantages of CREC Virtual is Brandfull & Co., a branding, promotional marketing and fashion agency led by Ramón Brugueras. The company has its own conventional office, but Ramón has registered it at CREC Eixample. This allows him to avoid incurring new set-up costs, receiving packages and documents, and being able to meet with his team on-demand, paying strictly for the time they need the space. He describes CREC Virtual as “the ideal rate for those companies that are close to consolidating but want to continue to benefit from a structure of professional services at a very affordable cost.”

In short, at CREC Coworking we want to respond to all types of projects and offer flexibility to our coworkers in all aspects.
