The flexibility of coworking

As the people who make up our community already know, one of the great advantages of having your office at CREC Coworking, or of developing your work activity from one of our spaces, is the flexibility that you and your team can have when it comes to working.

When we refer to flexibility, we are not only thinking about the variety of rooms you can find in the different spaces we have in Barcelona and Sabadell. Although each CREC has different meeting and training rooms that offer business facilities, coworkers have the time freedom to set up the meetings they need in our rooms, or if they prefer, they can use a desk in the common rooms, depending on the type of meeting they are holding.

Our coworkers can choose the type of space they prefer to work in, adapting it to their needs at all times. For example, if they need to hold private team meetings for which they need a more intimate space, they can choose small rooms. If, on the other hand, they need to hold a team meeting or training, they will choose a room for more than 10 people (we have rooms for up to 30 people!).

Our facilities, in addition to providing work spaces, are also equipped with everything you need to enjoy your free time between meetings or long working days. That’s why at CREC, we have rest areas and a canteen where you can eat in peace, where you will find everything you need to prepare your food, wash your dishes/tuppers and bins that will help you recycle, because in our coworking we are committed to a sustainable society and sustainable development. In fact, we are one of the first coworkings to join the Citizen Commitment to Sustainability in Barcelona. But just as our spaces adapt to our coworkers, and to the characteristics of their business, so do our prices.

At CREC, we can find spaces for coworkers who come to work on a more continuous and regular basis, and rooms for those coworkers who need our services for a specific use. Due to the flexibility and comfort we can offer, you are sure to find your ideal space!

On the one hand, we have rates for freelancers, designed for those individuals or companies that need a space for a long period of time.

• Fix Coworking:

You can enjoy a desk exclusively for you in the open area of our Coworking spaces in Barcelona and Sabadell. From 150€/month.

• Flex Coworking:

Work with the same facilities in any CREC environment and without the need for a reserved desk. From €125/month.

In addition, if you want to try the space before contracting a fixed fee, or if you need the space on a one-off basis, you can choose:

Coworking vouchers:

These are vouchers of 10 or 20 days to work in any of our coworkings in Barcelona and Sabadell. No expiry date. From 125€/bono.
In addition to these rates, you can enjoy our rooms separately, if that is what suits your needs. The prices of the rooms range from 10 to 30 euros, depending on the capacity of each one.

And to make it easier for you, if what you need are hours of rooms but you don’t want to have a desk in our coworking, we can offer you room vouchers:

Bono 10h → 200€ (No expiry date, you can use any room for training and meetings).
Bono 20h → 300€ (No expiry date, you can use any training and meeting room)
