The pandemic has meant a great change in our lives. During these last two years, society has had to reinvent itself, change, transform itself. And just as humans change constantly, so does communication.

One of the good things we can take from this situation is the opportunity we have to transform communication, leaving behind the patterns that have worked until today. Establishing internal communication within the team is very important. We must ensure that all members are ‘on the same page’ and in agreement with the transformation to be carried out.

Using internal organization platforms streamlines the work and eliminates the geographical barrier, so that each person can work individually physically, but as a team telematically. It is a way of working remotely, but always following an order and rules. The relationship with coworkers

 

At CREC Coworking the most important thing is people, so for us it is vital to maintain a close relationship with our community. The pandemic has affected some of our relationships, and therefore we have had to make great efforts in communication in order to keep active the connections of the pre-COVID era.

In this regard, it should be noted that for some workers the office is no longer a place of work, but much more work is done from home, remotely. Some of the coworkers may have decided that working from their living room is more comfortable, but at CREC Coworking we have made a great effort to bring most of our ‘crecworkers’ back to us after the normalization of the pandemic.

For that reason, our CREC Connect interviews are one of the highlights in terms of internal communication. The more than 1,200 connections we have generated between coworkers were not going to stop increasing because of the pandemic. The team continues to train and interview coworkers from different professional backgrounds to give them the best possible service, and also to help them in their professional development.
