The pandemic has affected some of our relationships, and therefore we have had to make great efforts in communication in order to keep active the connections of the pre-COVID era.

In this regard, it should be noted that for some workers the office is no longer a place of work, but much more work is done from home, remotely. Some of the coworkers may have decided that working from their living room is more comfortable, but at CREC Coworking we have made a great effort to bring most of our ‘crecworkers’ back to us after the normalization of the pandemic.

For that reason, our CREC Connect interviews are one of the highlights in terms of internal communication. The more than 1,200 connections we have generated between coworkers were not going to stop increasing because of the pandemic.
