Sacha, how did your professional journey begin?

I’ve always been connected to the world of talent. I studied Psychology, specialised in clinical psychology, and later trained in human resources management. My first experience in the sector was in the HR department at Louis Vuitton. From there, my career focused on talent acquisition for Fortune 500 companies across various industries.

 

What are you currently specialising in at Glowth Academy?

Right now, I’m particularly focused on the luxury and fast fashion sectors. I work with major brands like Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior, Gucci, and many others, helping them find the right talent to keep growing.

But you’ve also taken things a step further with Glowth Academy. What is it and how did the project start?

Glowth Academy was born from a dream I’ve always had: to create a school. I wanted to build a space where I could share everything I’ve learned and guide those looking to enter the luxury and fashion industry. It’s a platform designed for students, job seekers, and any professionals in need of career guidance. We offer training, coaching, and personalised support to help them achieve their goals.

 

What brought you to CREC Coworking?

Mainly the community and the atmosphere. I love what you do, the energy here, and how genuine connections are encouraged. I really value being in an environment where something interesting is always happening.

 

Lastly, how would you describe your work philosophy?

For me, everything revolves around connecting with people. Whether it’s recruitment, training, or career support, what really makes a difference is the ability to listen, understand, and guide with empathy. That’s what I strive to bring every day at Glowth Academy.
